HOW CAN I PAY?

We have taken extensive security measures for your online payment. Ordering and paying in our webshop is therefore safe and reliable! This webshop is part of Pura Trade lda and you may therefore come across this name on your account statement. Payments are processed by our payment partner Multisafepay. It is therefore possible that you will come across the name of Multisafepay on your account statement.

PAY WITH IDEAL

If you use internet banking at a Dutch bank, you can use ideal. Payment with ideal takes a number of steps:

1. Once you have pressed "confirm order" at the checkout, choose the ideal payment method.
2. You will be redirected to your own internet banking environment, where your payment is ready.
3. Fill in the missing details and make the payment.
4. The amount will be immediately debited from your account and we will receive a message that the purchase has been paid. After this, the order will be processed by us.

PAY BY CREDIT CARD

With us you can pay easily and securely with a credit card. We currently accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard. Your credit card details are encrypted via the SSL method. This high security standard makes purchasing with a credit card very safe.

PAY ON RECEIPT

You can choose to pay after receipt via our Multisafepay payment system. You can order your products and we will ship them the same day. You will receive the bill via Multisafpay and you then have 14 days to pay the bill. To approve your request to pay by invoice, Multisafepay needs your telephone number, date of birth and account number. There are no additional costs for you as a customer. Minimum order value is 15 euros and the maximum order value is 150 euros for the first order and 300 euros from the second order.

PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL

Placing an order via PayPal is very easy, after confirming your order you will be redirected to the PayPal website. After logging into your own PayPal account you can pay for the order. After payment you will be returned to our website and we will start processing your order.

PAY BY YOURSELF IN ADVANCE

When transferring your order in advance, you choose to transfer the amount to our bank account. Your order will be shipped when payment has been credited to our bank account. This usually takes one to three working days. After payment has been received, the order will be activated and from that moment on the delivery times as indicated for the products apply. PAYMENT WITH BANCONTACT / MISTER CASH (BELGIUM)

We offer bancontact mister cash for customers in Belgium. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the bancontact mister cash payment provider. Here you can pay for your order easily and securely. After completing the payment, you return to the website and we will start processing your order.
