SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We use reliable parcel deliverers for shipping. In the Netherlands we use PostNL and in Belgium we use Bpost. We also ship abroad. Under 'international shipping' you will find a list of countries we ship to and the associated shipping costs.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping and delivery of your order within the Netherlands and Belgium is free for orders over €60. Below this we charge €5.00 shipping costs for both the Netherlands and Belgium. For other countries Other shipping costs apply.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

How quickly an order can be shipped within the Netherlands or Belgium depends on the individual products and is determined by the product with the longest delivery time. This information is stated per product on the product page. The following applies to many products: ordered before 11:00 PM (Netherlands) or 9:00 PM (Belgium) on working days, delivered tomorrow.

When an order leaves our warehouse, you will immediately receive a message from us with a track & trace link with which you can track your package. Your package will usually be delivered to you the next working day. If you are not at home at that time, the package will be delivered to your neighbors or to a collection point. You can also find this information via the track & trace link. Shipments abroad have a longer delivery time.

Is a product marked "Delivered within 2-3 working days" and are you ordering before 9:00 PM? Then you will receive the two to three work days later.

CANCEL ORDER

To guarantee our fast delivery times, our shipping process is largely automated. As a result, it is not always possible to cancel the order in time. Have you placed an order and would you like to cancel the order? Please let us know as soon as possible by email or Facebook. You can also call during office hours and indicate that it is an emergency. We will always try to cancel the order for you.

CAN I SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We will also ship your order abroad if desired. The delivery time for international shipments is longer than for the Netherlands. Look at here the list of countries we ship to, the expected delivery times and the associated shipping costs. When a product is shipped, you will immediately receive a message from us with a track & trace link by email, with which you can track your package.

HOW IS THE SHIPMENT PACKAGED?

We ship all orders carefully in a cardboard box. The shipping box is supplemented with filling material to protect the product as best as possible. If your order is unexpectedly damaged in the mail, please contact us immediately.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you have received a track and trace code from us, you can track your order. Are you not at home on the day of delivery? No problem. Our shipper will try to deliver the package to your neighbors or will deliver the package to the nearest collection point. You will of course receive a note in your mailbox so that you know at which neighbors or at which collection point the package is ready for you. Do you definitely want to be at home when the package is delivered? Please pay close attention when you place the order or send us an email in advance so that we can see together when it is a convenient time to order.
