We think it is very important that you are happy with your purchase! If you change your mind, you can return your unused purchase within 14 days. Follow the steps below carefully. When we have received the package in good condition, we will contact you by email or telephone, after which we will refund the amount.


There is a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can then only be returned unused and the return costs are for your own account. Products must be returned in proper packaging and in undamaged condition. If possible, use the original shipping packaging.
If you want to return an order, we ask you to take the following 2 steps:

  1. Please let us know

    For a speedy processing of your return, it is important that you contact us when you send the package to us. If possible, we would like to hear why you are not satisfied and cancel your order, so that we may be able to prevent this for you and/or other customers in the future. Did you not pay with Paypal, Credit Card or Klarna? Please also state your name and IBAN (bank account number) for the repayment.

  2. Include order number and product number(s).

    Pack your return(s) tightly closed and well protected, preferably in the original packaging. Make sure that the order number and product numbers are enclosed on a note.

  3. Then send the package to the following address:

When the return has been received by us, we will contact you. After this, we will refund the individual products or the full purchase price (if the entire order is returned) within 7 days. You can also use the model form (see end of general terms and conditions). For the refund we use the same payment method that was used for the order, unless we have received a bank account number from you.


If the product was not satisfactory or the packaging is damaged, a replacement will be sent in consultation or the purchase will be credited. Depending on the situation, you will be asked to return the product or photograph it. Read more about how to handle complaints below.


It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about our services. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint via e-mail to the customer service department. Our colleagues from the customer service department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.

Our data can be found on our contact page . After receiving your message, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the email from us.

We will answer the complaint within 7 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you of this. If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk where we are affiliated. If, for any reason, the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
