WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Within the Netherlands and Belgium we ask for a shipping contribution of €4.95. You will always receive a track and trace code by email.

Argan oil orders of more than € 60 will be processed Shipped FREE

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

The expected delivery time may vary per product, but is a maximum of 2 working days. When a product is shipped or how long the delivery time is, is indicated with the product. Is there a product that has a longer delivery time? Then this delivery time applies to the entire order. For most products, if you order before 23:00 on working days, it will be shipped the same day. Within the Netherlands it will then be offered the next day. For Belgium, this applies to orders placed on working days before 21:00. Please note: if you choose to transfer the amount in advance, the order will be shipped after receipt of payment, this process takes an average of 1 working day.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from us and you can track your shipment. If you are not at home, it will be delivered to the neighbors in the Netherlands and Belgium. If that is not possible, it will be delivered a second time, or taken directly to a collection point. You will receive a message about this in your mailbox and you can also view this via the track & trace link that you receive from us.

HOW IS THE SHIPMENT PACKAGED?

We ship all orders as carefully as possible. Parcel post is sent in a box supplemented with filling material to protect the product as well as possible. Orders that can be sent by letterbox post will always be sent in an envelope with bubble protection. Unfortunately, we remain dependent on the courier services and we can never guarantee 100% that a package will be delivered to your home undamaged. In the unlikely event that this happens, please let us know by e-mail.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

If you change your mind, you can return unused products within 14 days. Send us an email with the order number, the item code and preferably the reason for the return. If you have not paid with Paypal or Klarna, we ask you to send us your name and account number for a quick settlement, so that we can transfer the amount immediately after receiving the return(s). Send the return(s) in the original or other sturdy packaging to:

The costs for sending the return must be paid by the buyer. After we have received the products, we will transfer the amount to your account within 7 days.

If the product is received defective, please contact us. If possible, send a photo of the condition of receipt or on which the reason for the complaint is visible. After assessment, we ensure that you can return the product free of charge and ensure that you receive a new one.

HOW CAN YOU PAY?

iDeal
If you choose to pay for Argan Oil with iDEAL, we can ship the order faster than if you opted for a bank transfer. We can check the iDEAL payment immediately after payment. If you are not familiar with iDEAL, you can view a demo of how iDEAL works on the following website www.ideal.nl .

PayPal / Credit card

When you choose to pay Argan Oil with PayPal, the order is also completed immediately. We can validate the payment immediately, so that the product can be shipped faster. More information about the payment method PayPal can be found at www.paypal.nl .

Transfer in advance

With a bank transfer, your order will only be shipped when we have received the purchase amount. Depending on the bank and country of payment, this takes an average of 2 to 4 working days.

Pay afterwards with Klarna

When checking out your shopping cart you can select the payment method "Klarna Invoice". You will be asked for some personal information such as your date of birth, mobile phone number and address. Klarna then automatically creates a credit check that takes less than 1 second. After this check, the purchase is accepted and the order is shipped, of course only if the personal data and creditworthiness have been correctly verified by Klarna.

Klarna takes over the payment processing from us and you pay the invoice to Klarna within 14 days. Read more on the website of Klarna
